To empower children, youth and women in order to realize their full potential to achieve meaning full development. To design and construct feasible community health facilities with good and well coordinated health services in order to prevent and treat HIV/AIDS opportunistic infections. To support education, health, good nutrition, and sanitation among elderly people households and their dependants, Create partnerships and alliances with other community-based organizations, NGOs, government institutions, donors and other organizations. To promote sound management practices among the Ugandan community and others in the region through sensitization and training programmes. To promote the exchange of information and experience between the SAVE AND HEAL UGANDA and other organizations professionals and practicing objectives similar to those of SAVE AND HEAL UGANDA. To lobby for support materially and financially at local, national and international levels for the organization to achieve its objectives. The organization has been able to support 104 elderly people and their dependents in Birambo, Nyamitunga, Ahakashenyi villages in Maziba sub counties.
